Step 2 – Know your niche
When you know your niche, a lot of problems are solved. In order to know your niche, you must know what their pain points are, the language they use, what aesthetics they connect to, and what type of content they connect to. Attract your ideal client with those things and then give them incredibly valuable content. If you are stuck on how you can discover what your niche enjoys or what their pain points are, consider sending out a survey via Typeform.com. Ask them questions like, “What is your biggest struggle when it comes to_______(the problem you solve)_______?” Pay attention to the language they use in the responses, and start to let it infiltrate into your social media captions and website copy.

Step 3 – Use your story
A post about brand messaging would not be complete unless I encouraged you to use your unique life story within your brand message. Every single audience, including yours, craves human connection. Your story is constantly evolving, so, use the only story that never gets old, your own story. They will love to hear your different experiences, lessons, and viewpoints.
